Privacy policy
Your data is precious — we treat it with the same care as your events.
This policy describes the data processing used to receive and prepare requests, organise services and manage administrative follow-up.
Last updated: 22 October 2026.
AI-assisted preparation
Requests and case context may be sent to Groq to prepare analyses and drafts. A filter attempts to mask identifiable contact details and sensitive information before transmission; it does not guarantee complete anonymisation of free text. Our team reviews these results: no message, booking or commercial commitment is automatically sent to a customer or supplier. Please avoid providing sensitive data or information about minors that is not needed for your request.
Data controller
The controller of personal data collected on this website is ENJOY EVENTS, 16 TER, Boulevard de Belgique Le California, 98000 Monaco. For questions about the protection of your data, write to contact@enjoyevents.mc.

We collect the data you voluntarily provide via our contact form:
- First name and surname
- Email address and telephone number
- Town
- Type of event, preferred package
- Event date, number of guests
- The content of your message
- Where applicable, the first name and age of the child being celebrated and any food allergies reported, used solely for the safety of the service
The website does not use any tracking cookies (see the article “Cookies and local storage”).
Purposes of processing
Your data is processed for the following purposes:
- Responding to your quote requests
- Preparing and organising the event service
- Communicating with you before, during and after the event
- Managing invoicing and administrative follow-up
Legal basis
The processing of your data is based on:
- Pre-contractual measures — quote requests and preparation of the service
- Performance of the contract — organisation of the service ordered
- Legal obligation — invoicing and retention of accounting records
- Consent — use of photos in which a child can be recognised
Data recipients
Your data is intended for ENJOY EVENTS and its technical processors (website hosting, storage of requests, email), which access it only for the operation of the service. It is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
With your agreement, only information needed for organisation may be shared with the professionals responsible for the service, its delivery or installation.

Your rights
In accordance with the applicable regulations, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability with regard to your personal data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. We respond within one month.
To exercise these rights, please write to us at contact@enjoyevents.mc; proof of identity may be requested if there is any doubt as to your identity.
Cookies and local storage
The website sets no advertising, audience measurement or tracking cookies. Your browser stores your language choice and a copy of the website display settings. These preferences can be deleted in your browser settings. This local storage is separate from the exchanges required to load pages, submit the form and use the services described in Article 09.
The private webmaster and accounting areas use a session cookie required for sign-in. Signing out ends that session.
Data transfers
The website and its MySQL database are hosted by LWS (Ligne Web Services) in France. Quote requests and customer data are stored on this hosting service; contact requests also generate an email notification to our business mailbox. Loading pages sends technical connection data, including the IP address, to the hosting service. Fonts are hosted on our own server; no data is sent to Google Fonts. Groq-assisted preparation is described above.
Complaints
If you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority (APDP) of Monaco or, if you reside in France, with the CNIL.
